Soroti district has embarked on assessment and collecting views and opinions from the teachers in order to improve on the Education performance in the entire district. This was confirmed by Abraham Ekwaru, the communications officer Soroti district during a brief exclusive interaction with our correspondent. According to Ekwaru, the roadmap is aimed at assessing views and factors from the teachers upon the poor pass mark of especially during the primary leaving Examination and classroom performance. The authorities believe that this will inform the Education department and other district stakeholders on what should be done to better next year’s Education performance. Ekwaru says that recently the district stakeholders headed by the district chairman Simon Edoru Ekuu were in Kamuda Sub County and it will be rolled out to all primary schools in the other entire Sub Counties.
