Residents of Olwelai village, Olwelai parish in Katine Sub County in Soroti district have committed themselves to construct teacher’s staff houses for Olwelai primary school in Soroti district
Michael Otole, the chairperson parent’s teachers association confirms this saying the resolution was agreed in the PTA meeting where each parent to pay a fee of ten thousand shillings towards the construction.
However, Robert Opio, Katine sub county speaker urged the parents to fulfil their commitment for the betterment of the school
