The residents of Opwateta and Agule sub counties in Pallisa district have expressed their excitement following the rehabilitation of opwateta – Agule road.
According to the residents, the bad state of the road paralyzed business for over seven years.
However, Patrick Duchu the Pallisa district chairperson told Mama Bukedea radio that, the bad state of the road forced the district to suspend some of the activities in order to give attention.
