The youth of Kibale County in Pallisa district have been implored to embrace sports activities in order to benefit from their talents.
This pronouncement was made by Constantine Okwi the former aspirant for Kibale area member of parliament while launching the Christmas cup for the youth of Kibale at Kibale primary school yesterday.
Okwi said that the people who do have talents in football have benefited a lot and have reached very far and hence the youth of Kibale should not get relaxed with their talents.
Some of the footballers who caught up with this radio expressed their gratitude and thanked Hon Okwi for launching the Christmas tournament saying this will help them in improving their talents.
Meanwhile, Emmanuel Olupot the former councilor for Kibale town council advised the footballers to exercise good discipline while on the pitch if they wish their football career to progress.
