Clan leaders in Opiyai B ward in soroti city east have been urged to strengthen their laws on the spirit of incest among the youth in the zones.
Moses Egwalu Amedu, the general clan chairperson of Ipiatok Inomu in Uganda based in Kalaki district confirmed that it’s the role of the zonal clan chairpersons to strengthen and sensitize the clan members especially the youth on the norms of the clan.
Egwalu stated this during the election of the Ipiatok Inomu zonal clan in Soroti where it’s conducted every after 5 years according to the clan constitution of change of leadership.
Meanwhile Joseph Engolu, the zonal clan chairperson of Ipiatok Inomu elect for soroti says that as a leader his ambition is to focus on development of the clan in terms of promoting education among others.
James Peter Eteru, the vice chairperson Ipiatok Inomu clan for soroti zone says that as a clan they have already secured 5 tents, 2,000 plastic chairs among others which is used in various functions within the clan.

However, Stephen Michael Ewalu, the member of Ipiatok Inomu clan for soroti zone has called for unity between the clan leaders and members for the purpose of unity.
Stella Eteru, the secretary for women affairs in Ipiatok Inomu clan soroti zones says as leaders they are determined to focus on development of the clan.
