The sub county speaker Katine sub county in Soroti district Robert Opio has asked the Soroti district council to produce a resolution minutes which Okays the upgrade of Tiriri health center IV into the district hospital.
According to Opio, the sub county council has already moved to upgrade the facility based on the population’s catchment.
Dr. Gerald Oloit, the facility in charge, says the facility serves more than one district.
