The councilor representing the people of Merok parish in Katine Sub County in Soroti district Pius Eodu has urged the religious leaders across Teso sub region to take an initiative to sensitize the youth on the dangers of drug abuse.
Eodu noted this with concern saying taking of toxic drugs especially opium is becoming common with the most youth.
He says this can be reduced through engagement of the religious leaders.
