Leadership in Kapelebyong district has asked the government to open the boundaries between Kapelebyong and Karamoja.
Richard Enyagu, the councilor of Kapelebyong town council in Kapelebyong district says that the absence of the boundary between Kapelebyong and Karamoja has affected the service delivery in some of the places in the border.
He notes that some of the people who bought land in Kapelebyong have failed to access social services due to unclear boundaries.
He now calls for the central government to come and intervene in to the matter in a bid to improve on service delivery in such places.
