The District Chairman of Kalaki district Samuel Okello has warned the contractor against hiring outside labor to work in local projects.
This follows the rehabilitation of the three-classroom block including painting, repairing windows and doors was done by Ominya enterprises
He made the remarks during his inspection for a three-classroom block at Kachilo primary school in Ochelakur Sub County which is being rehabilitated using government fund to a tune of 68,798,266 Uganda shillings.
The chairman directed that the contractor to correct irregularities by including three doors for easy entrance and exit of the learners.
Meanwhile, Kalaki district is currently doing massive rehabilitation of many of its primary schools before the learners resume back for studies in first term.
