The Councilor representing the wards of Pioneer and central in soroti city has expressed her disappointment with some of the boda- boda riders who deliberately turned access roads as their stages.
Hellen Agojo says that most of the access roads in the city have been blocked by the boda-boda riders something she says has resulted in to insanity in the city.
She therefore calls for the boda- boda leadership to sensitize riders on proper methods of parking in a bid to avoid road accidents.
Meanwhile Richard Oculi, the chairperson boda- boda riders in soroti district and city acknowledged the fact that most of the indecent parking in the city is due to the increased number of boda-boda riders.
