Youth chairpersons in Soroti city east have blamed the leadership of the Parish development model for sidelining in the operation of the program.
Daniel Edonyu, the youth chairperson of Soroti city east says that most the LC2 chairpersons in the parishes have deliberately disowned the youth chairpersons in the entire division in their programs.
Edonyu further explains that most of the chairpersons in the division lack right information concerning the development of the program.
Meanwhile some of the youth chairpersons who spoke to this radio expressed their dissatisfaction saying that their facilitation of 40000shs for monitoring ended in the wrong hands due to the differences between the LCII chairpersons and the youth leaders in the city.
However, Beneza Edwin, the deputy resident city commissioner Soroti city east says that as a representative of the president he is determined to remove all the injustices in the program.
