LCIII Chairperson angered by increasing cases of theft

Increasing cases of theft have angered John Okia Obiro the Kanyum area LC3 chairperson in Butebo district.

Obiro says that his office receives 2 to 3 cases of theft in a week which include the theft of domestic animals and birds, motorcycles and other property.

Obiro reveals that the people who are behind the vice are the youth and he attributes it to the current biting famine in the families.

The LC3 boss has further expressed his positive feelings following the decreasing cases of marijuana taking by the youth in his area of jurisdiction.
