The technical persons in soroti city and soroti district have been challenged to look at the re- pre planning of the road structures.
Clare Joy Aminat, the director of focus driving school in soroti city says that most of the common road accidents in the city is caused by the nature of the roads in the city due to the narrow roads to accommodate heavy trucks.
Aminat notes with concern that it has become a norm for buses to park and load in the streets of the city much as the city authorities have tried to enforce.
She now calls for the technical people in the city to establish by laws to ensure that the bus operators adhere to the gazetted places in order to avoid congestion in the town.
