Authorities in Oderai trading center in Soroti city west have asked the government to establish public toilets in order to avoid health risks due to lack of hygiene.
Michael Stephen Ewalu, the center mayor of Oderai trading says that the center is in need of a public toilet since the population at the trading center has increased.
He notes with concern that the trading center has now operated for a long time without a public toilet, something that has raised concern from the business fraternity.
He now calls upon the stakeholders to work together in a bid to bring development in the division.
