Members in saving groups in Oculoi Sub County in Soroti district have been challenged to desist from the habit of obtaining loans in order to service the existing loan.
Emmanuel Ekotu, the sub county chairperson Oculoi made the pronouncement after realizing that most groups under the Parish Development model have received money in their SACCO accounts
Ekotu saying obtaining a loan to service an existing loan is suicidal because it will keep the borrow at the save level
