Authorities in Pallisa district have implored the technical staff at the sub county level to arbitrate political fights in their areas of jurisdiction.
The pronouncement was made by Donato Oola the Pallisa district chief administrative officer while speaking to our reporter in an interview.
According to Oola, civil servants at sub county level usually sit back when politicians in their arears are engaged in bitter fights.
Oola says the technical staff should always mediate the worrying sides so as not to affect service delivery.
