Residents of Kagwara Town Council in Serere district were left in shock after recovering a decomposing body of seemingly a 30-year-oldman.
Bernard Odikor, the LC3 chairperson Kagwara Town Council identified the late only as Okou commonly named as “water man” and a times “Epere Bon”. According to Odikor, the late was seen two weeks ago. He was discovered by hunters in the forest of Captain Kakooza.
His body was taken to Kagwara police station, also two suspects who have been guarding the forest only identified as Obelon and Kadogo have been arrested to aid police investigations.
